二、免費的技術培訓

  我方將安排在驗收前對用戶的工作人員進行免費培訓,使其掌握真空鍍膜機的維護、保養(yǎng)方法及注意事項。同時應使工作人員掌握操作方法、掌握操作界面各個按鍵的含義、掌握顯示屏上顯示內容的含義。對用戶的工作人員進行所有設備的測試操作和維修方面的培訓。人員的培訓包括講課操作示范、參觀和其他必要指導,以保證用戶的工作人員能對所有裝置的特性、結構操作要求和維修要求獲得全面得了解和掌握,提高從業(yè)人員的整體素質。


三、全面維護服務 

     全面維護為我公司為最終用戶提供的一項增值服務,通過全面維護,讓舊設備基本恢復到新設備的性能,能夠保證設備長時間穩(wěn)定運行,解決客戶的后顧之憂。

        建議客戶最多2年要做一次設備的全面維護,每次需要約7天(依靠與客戶的配合),全面維護的工作范圍包括:

        1、更換密封圈,包括:真空室、電弧靶、濺射靶、離子源、閥門、加熱器等零件密封圈;
        2、清理清潔:內襯板、擋板、加熱器、布氣管、泵組、控制柜、電源柜等;
        3、更換耗材:泵油、引弧針、過濾器、絕緣件、軸承、冷卻管路等;
        4、儀器校準:真空計、流量計等;
        5、性能測試:設備各個部件、整體運行和真空性能指標正常;

        6、維護報告:給用戶出具全面維護保養(yǎng)證明;

Third, comprehensive maintenance services
